Jean was amazing! She was always responsive getting tours set up for us, even responding when I reached out at 10pm or 7am the day after Thanksgiving! If she wasnt available, she was willing to set us up with a partner to help us to see a house we showed interest in. As first time home buyers, Jean was so helpful in walking us through the whole process and making sure to answer any questions we had! We decided to sell our home and contacted Ideal Agent. We selected Jean as her profile indicated she was a Christian. Jean helped us price the home correctly for the market and our homes condition. We received many offers higher than list price quickly, selected one and the buyer eventually got cold feet. After three more accepted offers where the buyers opted out, a fifth offer (higher than list) from a buyer that loved our home eventually closed.
