About Jean Sullivan

As a fan of small town rural living, I have devoted my career in real estate to know the community profiles, local zoning and in many towns, the parcels, homes and owners. Specializing in the Sturbridge and Brimfield area, it is important to me to be able to answer all the questions about property and help clients find what they are looking for. After more than 30 years in real estate, I still love the challenges and satisfaction of finding the right match. Experience as a town assessor and member of the planning board, has help me with resolve many of the issues pertinent to clients needs. My services extend to individual assistance in reviewing assessments, property field cards, deed search and other real estate dealings. We are located in a restored 19th century home in Brimfield and available 9-5 Monday thru Friday or by appointment.

I used Jean to sell my home, when the buyers announced they were using cash to purchase. She insisted I take the offer or they were going to walk. Ultimately she ended up being a buyers magnet and not a sellers agent.

Jean Sullivan is truly gifted in diplomacy, marketing and a spark plug at getting things done. It was time for me to scale down and she handled the sale of my home and finding me a more suitable home. She handled the closings on both properties and even pitched in on the actual moving process.
