About Jean Plourde

We offer up to $650 discount in our commission for listing with us to help pay for your attorney to say thank you for listing with us. For buyers we offer up to $500 closing cost credit to assist with your attorney fees for using us as your buyer agents. Jean and I work as a team so you always have someone available for assistance. We enjoy putting the right person with the right home and seeing the look of joy on their face when they find the right home. We never push you, the buyer. This may be the biggest investment you will ever make so we will take the time it takes to find the right house at the right price. One size doesn't fit all. We adapt to the needs and special requirements of every client and we are available 7 days a week from 7 am to 9 pm. We are always happy to talk about real estate and we welcome your questions. Jean was great to work with: easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the area and the process, very responsive and was always putting my best interest first.
