We offer up to $650 discount in our commission for listing with us to help pay for your attorney to say thank you for listing with us. For buyers we offer up to $500 closing cost credit to assist with your attorney fees for using us as your buyer agents. Jean and I work as a team so you always have someone available for assistance.
