Jean Da Silva

This is our second time using Jean as our Buyer's Realtor. That tells you already that we were very pleased with her the first time. Jean is one of the most responsive realtors that I have ever worked with. If you call her, she calls you. If you text her, she texts you. Same for emails... and I don't mean the next day...within minutes and never more than an hour. Jean kept on top of the attorney paperwork for us which was a tremendous help. Her personality is charming and sincere. Highly recommend her as YOUR Realtor.

There were two things that impressed us the most about Jean. One was how quickly she returned our calls or emails. We could expect an answer within minutes to no more than half a day. That is extraordinary for a busy Realtor. Secondly, she is a problem solver. Every issue that came up, and there were several, she resolved and in a timely manner. She was a pleasure to work with... very sweet and very caring about our time and our interests. We were so pleased with her that we are continuing to work with her as we look for another property.

Jean was amazing to work with. When things came up with our buyer she thought outside the box and helped us with solutions that we hadn't thought of. She always took her time to explain all of the documents and made sure that we understood everything. One thing we loved about her is she would always communicate with us and made sure we were always aware of everything that was going on. We had reached out to 4 different agents in the area and they wouldn't even be bothered to return our calls. We honestly can't say enough great things about her! She's amazing and truly cares about her clients!! Anyone would be lucky to have her as an agent!!
