My parents property was listed with a big name reality company in Texas. We were told there were showings, but not much feedback on the 3 showings in the 6 months the property was listed with them. I picked JC from a list of realtors I received on-line. For once in my life, I won the lottery by picking her. She was phenomenal! We listed part of the property first and once it sold, we decided to list the rest of it. Everything went so smoothly with her at the helm. I've sold several homes and had mediocre experiences with realtors. if you're trying to sell, and you want a smooth transition, you can't miss with JC. She's the best!
