I can tell you from my experience, hiring an experienced, professional realtor like J.C. Agajanian will ensure that you get your home sold quickly and for the most amount of money. And, more importantly, he and his team will shepherd you through a hassle-free escrow without encountering any of the many things that can go wrong after an offer is accepted.Over the past several years, Ive worked with a number of realtors, both buying and selling property. My father was also a broker many years, ago, so Ive seen the good, the bad and the ugly in real estate agents and brokers. I must say JC and his teammate, Spencer Smock, are, by far, the most effective and professional team Ive ever worked with. From my first conversation with JC, I recognized not only his impeccable professionalism, but also his specific knowledge about the neighborhood where my condominium was located. I had spoken with another realtor who had touted themselves an aEURoeexpertaEUR? in sales in that neighborhood, but it became very clear, from that first conversation, that JC was, in fact, a true expert in properties in my particular neighborhood. More crucially for me, he was very familiar with the litigation between my HOA and the builder, which potentially involved several perils during the sales and escrow processes. For instance, any potential buyer needed to be either a cash buyer or willing and able to qualify for special financing due to the pending litigation. JC was not only intimately familiar with this process, he also brought a lender to the table that was able to provide that special financing to any interested party in need of financing.As it turned out, a little over a month passed between our initial conversation and signing the listing contract. Although I was in escrow on a purchase of a new home when I first contacted JC about selling my condo, that process was, unfortunately, unexpectedly lengthy and contentious. JC was diligent about keeping in touch, but never made me feel pressured to sign a listing contract or to go on the market. However, once I was ready, JCs team went into action, quickly getting my condo staged, photographed and market-ready. Within 6 days of being on the market, JC and Spencer presented me with multiple offers, most which were well over our asking price. I ultimately chose an all-cash/quick close offer for $75,000 over asking price.A lot of realtors tout themselves as aEURoefull serviceaEUR? realtors, but, in my experience, most fall short of that claim. Not so, with JC and his team. Because the escrow on my new house was incredibly stressful, I was a bit skeptical of what JC could ultimately deliver on the sale of my condo. Unequivocally, JC and Spencer are the best real estate professionals I have ever worked with. Not only would I recommend them to anyone seeking to buy or sell property, I would definitely hire them again to represent me in any real estate transaction in the future.
