Rima was very helpful in assisting me lease an apartment. She was very responsive, set up a tour the day after I contacted her and sent me the paperwork that same day. I went on a tour of the apartment on Friday and by Monday I was signing the lease and moving in. She also helped negotiate down the price of the rent and made the entire process really smooth.
