Jayme Feiertag was indispensable to our selling our home in Philadelphia. My husband and I work in healthcare and it was not possible for us to travel from out of state to the city during this time of Covid 19. Jayme did everything for us. She, with the help of Brian Sheevers did all of the necessary work to prepare our house for sale. I can't imagine any realtor taking on the responsibilities required to get this sale done. Jayme helped us buy the perfect home and was extremely knowledgeable and responsive through the entire process and even after. She was very transparent and patient in teaching us what to look for, potential problems, and risks in purchasing a home. She knew the neighborhood very well, had solid recommendations in mortgages and home inspectors and we felt like she was always on our team. Also, she would answer phone calls and emails any time of night to answer new questions or the same questions over and over without the littlest bit of annoyance :) I would definitely recommend Jayme to anyone looking for a house in Philadelphia

Jayme was excellent. I knew I wanted to buy in Manayunk and just found her through Zillow on one of her listings. I was able to check out a few homes and when I zeroed in on the one I wanted, Jayme was available to show it multiple times. As a first time homebuyer, I had heard horror stories from my friends buying homes. The whole process was so easy and smooth and Jayme made it that way.I would highly recommend her when looking for your home whether a first time homebuyer or other!
