She was very transparent and patient in teaching us what to look for, potential problems, and risks in purchasing a home. She knew the neighborhood very well, had solid recommendations in mortgages and home inspectors and we felt like she was always on our team. Also, she would answer phone calls and emails any time of night to answer new questions or the same questions over and over without the littlest bit of annoyance :) I would definitely recommend Jayme to anyone looking for a house in Philadelphia

I was able to check out a few homes and when I zeroed in on the one I wanted, Jayme was available to show it multiple times. As a first time homebuyer, I had heard horror stories from my friends buying homes. The whole process was so easy and smooth and Jayme made it that way.I would highly recommend her when looking for your home whether a first time homebuyer or other!
