Call Jay to get it done! After a (35+ day) bad experience with our previous realtor, Jay swooped in with his expertise. He advised us on several (minor) repairs and to get professional photos. After about 30 days and several open houses he got us an offer at full asking price and expedited closing (closed 16 days after offer accepted)! Only a great experience with Jay - he dropped our stress level significantly down. Some of the traits we've witnessed during our experience with Jay: -great communication -easy to talk to -very familiar with the market -moves quickly -very honest (doesn't sugar coat issues, CLEARLY tells you a professional opinion) GETS THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY
