We rented a small A frame rental from Jay Wolfe in Bigfork. He told us up front it he was tearing it down in a few months. He told us not to worry about having the carpet cleaned because it was being town down anyway. So a few days after we moved out he informs us he was keeping our security deposit for not lceaning the carpet which was about 200Sq feet max. Don't ever trust anything this crook ever tells you. The man is a thief and we have never in our lives met someone that is so in love with themselves. What kind of Real Estate wears a hat 24-7-365. Yes we are filing a formal complaint with the Montana Real Estate Commission.
