I come from a athletics background where you work hard to achieve hard things and make it look easy while you do it. I love what I do I am better at it than my competition primarily because of my experience, education and work ethic. I also us a nosy neighbor marketing campaign that helps get renters in the area that want to buy plus referals from local residents.

I have a client from India , She and her son were late to our first appointment. I was a little worried that she was going to be a waste of my time. I purposed a deal to address those in exchange for an ASIS price and saved my client over $150,000 and we were able to resolve the issues in a couple of days allowing my client to have a seamless purchase and occupancy. Now I am flooded with Indian clients and I love them.
I began buying and selling realestate in 1986 I first started on the construction side having a background in windows and knowing enough about everything else. I bought and sold over 100 homes. I was convinced by my son to slow down the construction side and get my Realestate license in 2019.
I know home imporvement and have honest qualified contractors to provide any services needed. I am certified to help relocate clients and provide quality transition.
