We have a small family we got tired of our children not having real life experience (not digital) We determined to move to a place we could have animals to raise,train and care for as well as provide some meat. We wanted to still be close to family so it took some real effort to find what we need close by. Jay was amazing at helping us to find and negotiate a deal that would allow us to sell our home and move into another with land to have horses and livestock to begin our journey of raising our kids to respect and have value for hard work and the life and purpose of animals. I am a widow and lost my husband a few years ago. I moved from Vernal to Herriman because there were employment opportunities that I needed to support myself. So I insisted that he help me purchase my new home in Vernal and even though it was far away he made everything go smoothly and I am sooo grateful for Jay. We contacted Jay from a referal of a friend. We were told that was connected and well versed in fast high-level transactions. My agricultural business needed to relocate to a more rural part of the state. We found a home that fit very nicely into our lifestyle and taste. But we had not put our home on the market yet. Jay helped us navagate the path to utilize the equity is our home and close on our new home before the home we were moving out of was sold. We were able to get full price for our home and get a great deal on the one we purchased and have it all done within 45 days starting in December we didn't think this was possible but Jay was able to make it happen.

Jay handled both the sell and purchase of our homes and created a stress free transition with great communications and he anticipated and addressed items before they even became issues. We hope we don't move again but if we do my first phone call will be to Jay,

I re-kindled my relationship with my highschool sweet heart and we decided to merge our families together we were on a timeline that could only be done with the lords help and an amazing realestate agent.
