We are first-time home buyers and have been very lucky to have Jay Grewal in this home buying experience. Jay was recommended to us by a friend. Being first-time buyers, we had no knowledge of the home buying process and the real estate market. Jay was very patient with us and educated us on the process and the market. He took the time to understand our specific requirements and arranged showings that were a right fit. He was always a phone call/message away. He provided invaluable guidance/suggestions on what aspect is more important and what can be ignored which helped the decision-making easy. This review is long overdue. I got my property sold through Jay Grewal. Jay was always courteous and did the necessary research ahead of time.
