Right of the bat he was very attentative and understanding of my situation as a an out of state buyer. The first day we met he had coordinated about 9 showings, I had a short window to view properties as I was only in town that day. He was professional and well prepared. His due diligence made a different, I found the property I purchased that day. After, he was great with following and orchestrating next steps, inspection, contract admin action items, etc. I highly recommend Jay!
