Corissa was the agent we used when we were seeking a condo. She was just great. She understood what it was that we wanted, and she found properties that would work for us. She was informed about the process of submitting an offer, and she kept us well informed. After our bid was accepted, she provided us with a wealth of information about inspections as well as all the necessary steps to make the transaction progress smoothly. After we purchased our condo, we decided to have Cori be the agent to handle the sale of the house we were leaving. Again, Cori had excellent knowledge of what had to be done and connected us with people who were necessary for this task since the house was close to two hundred years old, and it was a very difficult property to sell. Cori worked for months to make sure the house sold. She did Open Houses and navigated her way through a sea of difficulties and a number of interested prospective buyers. In the end, we were pleased with the results, and it was due to Cori's hard work and positive attitude.
