I spent the most recent 18 years building, designing and selling new and existing homes.
I take great pride in listening attentively to my client's needs, desires, wants and hopes. This allows me to better serve them with a more specific response to what their dreams may aspire.

I refuse to simply "bombard" them with unnecessary choices. In home design I listen to every aspect to what they may need to build their dreams and strive to include that in the final result, and also negotiating costs and prices with their builder.

I remain with them throughout the entire process until they finally turn their key and enter their new home.
