We rented a house in New Haven and Jay is our agent. We rented the house from another country and then moved to New Haven, so the house tour was online. When we wanted to rent the house, Jay was so kind and understanding, but after moving to the house, we faced SEVERAL problems and his speech changed. For example, one of our closets has black mold, but because of the way Jay filmed the closet, we were totally unaware of the tube(!) in the closet and black mold.
