About Jasper Champagne

A native New Yorker, Jasper Champagne is the embodiment of the diverse cultural mecca that is New York City. As a first-generation Dominican American, he navigated a bicultural and bilingual landscape, speaking only Spanish until the age of 8. Jasper's outgoing, gregarious nature eventually led him to the New York Film Academy, where he studied acting, production, and improvisation. Afterward, he became a member of SAG/AFTRA and pursued opportunities in film, television, theater, and the comedy stage. In addition to his artistic endeavors, Jasper worked as a real estate assistant, serving as a trusted point of contact for attorneys and lenders, as well as handling all other back-end operations such as scheduling showings, inspections, and photo/video shoots. While he leaned heavily on his innate ability to connect with people, he also realized that his efforts were making a positive impact in his community by helping people achieve their goal of home ownership. With that, Jasper obtained his real estate license in 2018 and took a giant leap forward into a new and exciting career. Over the past seven years, Jasper amassed an impressive and diverse client list throughout the greater New York area at agencies such as eXp Realty Luxury, RE/MAX, and Houlihan Lawrence. Whether it's an apartment in Brooklyn, a house in the suburbs of Westchester, or a loft in the competitive Manhattan luxury market, Jasper's approach to his clients is the same - he understands his clients' needs, communicates clearly, maintains transparency, utilizes the latest technology, and infuses the experience with humor, levity, and even joy. In essence, he hopes that his charismatic, yet down-to-earth personality can redefine the real estate process for all his buyers, renters, and sellers. Recently, Jasper's dedication to his profession has been recognized locally, regionally, and nationally. In 2024 he received the EXP Icon Award, becoming one of the youngest solo agents in NY to do so, and was a finalist in the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30. In 2023, he received the Rising Star Award (Five Star Professional), the Top Northeast Regional Latino Award (NAHREP), was named on the A List Top Producers List (AREAA), and was featured in multiple publications. While real estate is a professional venture for Jasper, it is also a personal interest. An investor in himself in New York City real estate, Jasper believes in the strength of the New York City market and encourages others to build wealth through homeownership.

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Jasper as I looked to find a rental apartment in NYC on a relatively tight timeline. He is knowledgeable, is detail-oriented, and has an all-time personality. Jasper absolutely knows his stuff. In showings, I consistently was impressed by his ability to point out things that I would not have noticed or not have thought about before actually living in the unit. At the same time, he offered phenomenal perspective as I tried to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of certain apartments. In addition to having obvious real estate know-how, Jasper was detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Since I was moving from out of state, I was unable to attend the first few showings, but had a family member willing to go with Jasper. Jasper mentioned that it would be helpful if I introduce them via group chat beforehand to avoid any logistical issues. It is little things like thataEUR"that I may not have consideredaEUR"that set Jasper apart. Meanwhile, when we had settled on an apartment, Jasper insisted on reading the lease thoroughly himself to ensure there were no surprises. While Jasper does all of the technical aspects of the job extremely well, he also brings a fantastic personality to the entire experience. I genuinely enjoyed viewing apartments with Jasper. He always is upbeat and has concern for his clients. We hit some roadblocks throughout the processaEUR"that were entirely out of Jaspers controlaEUR"but he always brought an optimistic outlook and helped me make the best decision for me.
