Always knew he would answer if I called. If I needed information he'd research and get back to me. I had a 433 sell and he went out of his to help finish up the registration to help closure happen. I'd had a couple of buyers not qualify and he was very 'real' with me and helped through the disappointment. These back outs had nothing to do with him or my property, just happened. Not in town location, on an mountain and he made sure my house was known by several other agents in his office to get as much exposure to show the house.
