My advice would be, first you get pre approved my a lender so you know your buying power.
Price your home Right ! Remove family pictures and personal items. You want all potential buyers to be able to imagine themselves living in your home. Also, if possible remove extra pieces of furniture so your home will seem to be larger .

I was recently referred to a single mother who is a nurse and works in the San Fernando Valley . After getting her qualified, she wanted home in Palmdale. She placed her trust in me and instead of referring her to another agent in the area out there I decided to work with her. She was a first time home buyer and little nervous. Long story short I found her a home and closed escrow in April 2021 .

When I purchased my first home in 2001. I closley watched what my agent did, and at the end of my escrow, I realized this is soemthing I should look into. 1 year later left my job of 6 years managing health clubs and jumped into real estate.
