Jason and Melissa, it was a really memoizable experience to work with you. You saved me a lot of time and effort to communicate with the tenant for property showings and inspections, interactions with HOA, and working with the Buyer. Technically, I sold the townhouse literally remotely, with the help of Email, SMS, teleconference, and DocuSign, without 3 hours driving from/to my residence house. Thanks sincerely.
