Jason Wade

Jason launched Parkside Realty (KY) and Covet Realty (IN) after serving seven years as a residential agent in various brokerages around the city. Jason is a native 'Louisvillian' whose roots run deep into the city where he earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Administration from the University of Louisville, while also serving as the "Cardinal Bird" mascot. Jason prides himself in bringing fresh, aggressive marketing strategies to assist his clients make their real estate lifestyle changes as painless, enjoyable and profitable as possible. Away from the job, Jason can be found at UofL sporting events, a local golf course, or Seneca Park where he and his wife Jessica enjoy spending time with their three very active children.
