Jason Vennard is a Broker/Owner of Anchor Real Estate and a lifelong resident of Wells, Maine. His extensive knowledge and passion for the Southern Maine Seacoast makes him the expert to assist you with all your Real Estate needs. Jason acquired his Real Estate license in 2008. Since then, he has worked with and learned from some of the industry's top agents and coaches to enhance his understanding of the market and the real estate practice in general. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Jason attended the College of the Holy Cross and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He developed his skills for unparalleled client satisfaction while working in Hospitality Management for nearly 15 years at the Anchorage by the Sea in Ogunquit. As a longtime member and vice-chair of the Wells-Ogunquit School Committee, he has a passion for serving his community. He is active in numerous volunteer organizations and enjoys networking with other local business leaders whenever possible. Jason is married and a proud father of 3 children. He enjoys traveling and simply relaxing with close family and friends whenever the opportunity arises. Recently, he and his wife have embarked on some exciting investment/developing projects that they are anxious to see come to fruition. There most recent project was a full renovation of an investment property and ski house at Sunday River in Newy, Maine. In his personal life, Jason prides himself on accountability, attention to detail, honesty, and service.
