About Jason Troyan

I moved to Lakeland in 1999 from Ft. Myers. Shortly after moving to Lakeland I started training in Taekwondo, and have achieved the position of Master Instructor, and hold a 5th degree black belt with the US Chung Do Kwan Association, 5th Degree black belt with the World Chung Do Kwan Association, 3rd degree black belt with the ATA, 2nd DAN Kuikkiwon with the World Taekwondo Federation, and level 1 instructor in Krav Maga, and a brown belt in combat Hapkido. I am also very active in my church assisting as our youth pastor and drummer. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Student Ministry with a minor in Psychology. My career in real estate started in May of 2015, after many discussions with our broker and owner Casey Tray and him giving me the final push to obtain my license! So, in 4 weeks, I had my license and started working. Having been in the martial arts for many years has given me the opportunity to incorporate a lot of the leadership and personal skills I learned such as Integrity, Self-Discipline, Respect, and a Humble Spirit. Throughout my career as a Realtor, I have helped many people achieve their dreams of buying or selling their home. Having the opportunity to work with many people ranging from first time home buyers & sellers, to seasoned commercial & residential buyers & sellers. I take great pride in helping you through the entire process & I also pride myself on fast and thorough communication. I am highly involved in my local church, helping our teenagers. I also help alot with our local community theater. Also, I teach Martial Arts and Bible to a homeschool students at a co-op.

Absolute best agent I have ever had. He is honest, kind, goes above the call of duty to help, even if he won?t benefit, knowledgeable, reliable and responsive. He even crawled into the attic for me and took good pictures and videos so that I could get a good view of what is there and he met several people at the house for me to get estimates on work that I wanted done, when I was out of town. He won?t try to sell you a home of it is not worth the sale price and won?t pressure you into buying just to get the sale. A very patient man. I looked at homes for almost 2 years before buying. Best agent around.
