He personally double-checked all Inspection issues himself (even crawling in the attic and on the roof) to perform his due-diligence, and then handled responding to negate the minimal issues with custom quotes of local workers. He has a great local network in the Poconos and Lehigh Valley area, which came in handy in building confidence in professionalism. I couldnt be present at the closing due to already moved ~16hours away and Jason took care of everything to very end, and then continued to follow and finish small transfer tasks after the sale. I highly recommend him as a selling agent.
