His communication with us has been exemplary, answering questions and concerns with well researched, accurate, and timely responses. We were living in San Francisco when we were looking, so his ability to get back to us with inspections and disclosures from listings we would send him saved us at least one hour long trip to Vallejo. One of the best things about working with Jason was that we never felt pressured, in fact he probably saved us from at least one bad choice, when we were the ones that got impatient. There were properties that we visited on several occasions that offered price drops, and he never appeared frustrated or impatient when we passed on them. Even once it was obvious that we could afford more expensive properties than we were looking at, he respected our boundaries, and was very encouraging about living within our means. If all of that wasn't enough, his true superpower is closing. When we found the house that destiny seemed to have reserved for us, Jason was fast to get an offer in before the listing was even completed. He maintained constant contact with us, the sellers and their agent, and the finance team that he had connected us with. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. I can't imagine having a better experience during the process. It was more than just a business transaction. Jason took the time to sit with us and get to know a bit about us, he even introduced us to his lovely family. We thank Jason for his service to our country as a veteran, and his service to us in finding a dream home we could afford.
