Jason was much more helpful and informative than our previous realtor. He was proactive and helped a lot with every step of the process, from considering whether we wanted to move to Vegas, through deciding on neighborhoods, looking at houses (over 20 in a week!), to making offers and closing the deal. He gave helpful negotiation tips, got information as needed to help us understand the prices, and was extra helpful. This was very important for us as we're out of town buyers who were relatively time constrained when we were in town looking at houses. Jason was super accommodating there. We ended up buying a beautiful house we're very happy with, and I don't think the process would have been as nice and smooth with someone else.
