ZillowVERIFIEDI am compelled to write this review for several reasons. He was my real estate manager for a rental I lived in for over two years. I was a respectful tenant and did not contact him unless I absolutely needed to. The issues I would contact him about were regarding a broken garage door, flooding from a broken sprinkler line, a garbage disposal leak, and AC maintenance issues. It took persistent messaging on my end to receive any adequate response from him. Depending on the issue, it would take months for resolution and constant reminders on my end. The best example I can give is that he had known that the bathroom pocket door had fallen off the track, and I was no longer able to close the door to my restroom. He told me someone would come out to fix it, and no one did. I lived with that door broken for over a year. Upon giving him my 30 day notice, I reminded him that the pocket door was still broken. I planned a formal walk-through of the residence upon my exit and we had talked about the pocket door then, along with other issues. At no point in time did he say that it was my responsibility to replace the door, though there was plenty of time to resolve that issue. I was deducted over 200 dollars for aEURoebreakingaEUR? the pocket door. As if I did it on purpose, pocket doors slide, and they are notorious for failing with normal wear and tear. I even reported that I, and a friend had gotten stuck inside the bathroom because the door became jammed. That was potentially a dangerous situation, yet no resolution was made. I did not receive my full security deposit due to his poor management and communication. If it was my responsibility to pay, it should have been communicated to me promptly. Not when my money was already in the possession of the landlord. Thats convenient for them, and not for me. I actively tried to resolve this issue, and his neglect cost me over 200 dollars. My purpose in writing this is to give future renters insight into the kind of manager that Jason is. Keep your receipts, know that you are going to have to plead your case, and do not expect that resolution will occur unless you're persistent. Because of his poor communication, I would think twice about renting from Jeff Fisher, and Jason Ritchie.

He made himself available any time we wanted to see a house even though we were looking at rural properties all over the area. He was very knowledgeable about each of the properties we looked at. Jason worked diligently on our behalf during a lengthy sales negotiation and several counter offers. Jason was a strong advocate for us and went above and beyond during every aspect of the process. We have recommended Jason to many friends and family members and will definitely use him again in the future.
