He represented the seller of a property I purchased. Jason was NOT helpful to me as the buyer. He could have done several simple things to make the buying process and closing go easier; he either refused... and NOT politely... or ignored. Very unprofessional. Did he do a good job for his seller? Probably. Did he burn some bridges in the process? Almost certainly. Which might come back to haunt you if he represents you and he needs a favor from an agent on the other side of YOUR deal.
