I felt overwhelmed after the buyers had made a 15 point list of things they wanted done to the house but Jason let me know that it was just part of the negotiation process and that I didn't have to submit to all of their terms, and he drafted a list of what he thought were reasonable items on the list to accept and he said he was confident that they would accept our terms, which was half of what they requested.
