My wife and I had the best experience in buying our home in St Martinville Jason spent a lot of time over a period of three years in assisting us with choosing the home we decided to buy He kept us informed of the type of homes we were looking for . Over that time period made himself available to each time we came to Louisiana to see the home he had set aside for us to see . He always answered and returned calls.He called and sent email when he found something he thought my wife and I would like. Jason was very attentive and professional walking me through my first time selling a home. I felt overwhelmed after the buyers had made a 15 point list of things they wanted done to the house but Jason let me know that it was just part of the negotiation process and that I didn't have to submit to all of their terms, and he drafted a list of what he thought were reasonable items on the list to accept and he said he was confident that they would accept our terms, which was half of what they requested. And they did accept. I would highly recommend Jason.
