Jason was a GREAT realtor for my wife and I! We bought a house through him and then sold our mobile home through him and both experiences were fantastic and trouble free. Jason is very good at getting in contact with you through email, texting or even a call very quick with any changes or updates. The realtor that was selling the house that we bought tried to screw around with the counter offer but Jason jumped in and got it straightened out and got us our dream home locked in. He also was great after the sale because the sellers were supposed to install an island in the kitchen and after waiting for weeks and them refusing to return our calls Jason got ahold of them and had the island installed within the next week! He was also great with the sale of our mobile home and made it a painless process. My wife and I tried selling it on our own and it was a huge pain trying to deal with everything and the people. We put it in Jason's hands and he had it up on the website that day and we had offers almost immediately and in the end all we had to do was go to his office and sign a couple pieces of paper and pick up our check the next day. Also while we were in the process of selling the roof developed a small leak. Jason contacted a contractor that he uses and got it taken care of and back ready to show. He truly goes above and beyond and made what can easily be a very hard, stressful situation into a very smooth and easy process.
