The best thing first is to become prequalified. I have several Mortgage Specialists that I work with that I can recommend. Once you have a target of what your re qualified for we would meet on what are some things you need to have and want to have in your future property. I would set up an interview with you to ask specifics. From there we will be able to gauge and start looking. The last bit of advice I give is be patient. The process can take a lot of time, but in the end it will be worth it!
I have always been in Real Estate for myself, but I chose to go into the sales side just last year. I have always had a fascination with property ownership and learned about it from a young age. The opportunity to own land is a rare commodity in the world and we are fortunate to have that privilege. After years of setting up my own real estate portfolio I decided I needed to go into the career to learn more and have a stronger advantage.
I love to talk about equity. Most people are never taught equity and how it benefits you as a homeowner. I set up classes and training to focus on the power of equity with young clients.
