We were referred to Jason by our neighbor. We were not even looking to sell or buy at that time. Not knowing us, Jason came and visited with us in our home and we felt as if we had known him forever. He made us feel very comfortable and listened to us and we became friends. Hence our journey began towards our destination. Jason showed us many homes all over DFW. We couldnt find something that fit our needs. We listed our home and had offers but since we hadnt found something, we backed out. At this time we trusted Jason so much that we referred him to my sister and they bought their first home with him. Throughout this two year long process Jason was there with us being patient and supportive throughout. He never rushed us and was truly a gem of a realtor. On June 26th 2020 we saw this home and fell in love with it. In the next 30 days Jason helped us sell our property and buy our new home. We closed on both homes in 30 days. Jasons expertise and his negotiating skills played a crucial part in achieving our goal. We can have recommended Jason to many friends and family and would highly recommend him in your search for a new home. We love him as a realtor and an everlasting family friend.
