We found Jason when he responded to our interest in a lake property. The planets definitely aligned for us as he has been one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. The one we had interest in from Zillow was good, but turned out not to be "the" one. He immediately started researching other properties based on our "wish list," took us on a grand tour of homes and we found "the" one. He was in constant communication with us, helped guide us to find a good inspector and then connected us with a couple of great contractors so we could determine how to make the property "ours" within our budget. He was never pushy, but listened well and offered valuable insight when he could tell we were looking for it and worked very well with the seller's agent so that all parties were happy at closing. We highly recommend Jason...he earned every penny as far as we're concerned!

In late 2021, we decided to finally get out of the insane renting game and buy a house. We knew the kinds of houses we wanted and the very specific areas we wanted to live in. Going into this, we knew the conventional realtor/client relationship wasnt going to be for us - we were highly picky, independent, and at times, obstinate buyers. Since theres no way to really tour houses independently, we had no choice but to enlist the help of a realtor, and decided to just let Zillow roll the dice and see who we came up with. We figured we could always find someone else if their pick didnt work for us. We ended up getting Jason. Im happy to say things could not have worked out any better. From our first meeting, Jason made it apparent that he LISTENS to his clients. He knew we wanted a more hands-off approach, and had certain requirements we werent willing to budge on. He respected us thoroughly and never tried to push undesirable properties on us to try and make a sale. Over the course of our house buying journey (which at times felt more like a Sisyphean effort), we sent in offers on 7 different properties - each time getting more and more discouraged about the process and questioning whether this was really in the cards for us at all. Jason never let us get worn down and was more like a counselor than a realtor at times. His knowledge of the DFW market and hang in there attitude paid off in the end, and thanks to his expertise with crafting the offer, we finally got one accepted - on our favorite house, nonetheless. Literally, it was the house that we walked into and said off the top theres no way were getting this one. Jason (and maybe a little divine intervention) helped make it happen. One last note - Jason went through great lengths to help us view properties. Working through difficult schedules and all sorts of crazy events. He went way above and beyond, and Im immensely grateful he was with us through the whole process. It takes a lot for me to get online and write up a review on anyone or anything. In this case, it was one of the easiest reviews Ive ever written.
