1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First and foremost—be prepared. In today’s market, the buyers who succeed are the ones who take the process seriously from the start. That means speaking to a reputable lender early, knowing your budget, and understanding what’s non-negotiable versus what’s just a wish list item.
I always remind buyers: this is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. My team and I work closely with each client to make sure they’re educated, protected, and confident from pre-approval to the closing table. Don’t skip the inspection, and don’t fall in love with the house before we’ve checked the numbers. We’re going to make smart decisions and still enjoy the process.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Price it right. Presentation matters. And don’t wait until the last minute to bring in a professional. Too often, sellers lose thousands trying to “test the market” on their own or with outdated advice.
With over 275 transactions under my belt and a top 1% team at your service, I’ll help you price with strategy, stage for success, and market with precision. Our in-house marketing director (my wife, Salina) and transaction coordinator make sure every piece of the puzzle is dialed in. We aim to create a polished experience from day one—and we do it with care, honesty, and hustle.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with first-time homebuyers, military families using VA loans, out-of-state relocation clients, luxury buyers, investors, downsizers, upsizers—you name it.
Whether it’s helping a young couple find their starter home in Petal or guiding a retiree into a waterfront property on the Gulf Coast, I meet each client where they are. My team and I are deeply experienced in high-end listings, new construction, rural land deals, and everything in between. We bring structure, heart, and negotiation strength to every transaction.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One that stands out was helping a military family relocate from out of state. They needed to buy sight unseen while juggling deployment schedules and school timelines for their kids.
We walked them through virtual tours, negotiated repairs, and coordinated everything on their behalf. By the time they showed up in Mississippi, their new home was fully move-in ready—keys in hand, closing completed.

5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got into real estate after spending over two decades in business management and negotiation-heavy roles. I was ready for something where I could put my people skills, leadership, and drive to work for others—and real estate just made sense.
My wife and I started in boutique brokerages, learning the ropes the old-school way. We built our business from the ground up—relationship by relationship. Eventually, we formed the Odyssea Group, joined Real Broker, and scaled up to one of the top teams in our MLS.
For me, real estate is about building something lasting—not just for my family, but for the clients and agents I serve. It’s about legacy.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Definitely. Beyond my real estate license, I bring 25+ years of business leadership, contract negotiation, and team building to the table. I’ve completed hundreds of hours of continuing education focused on negotiation, investment property strategies, VA financing, and new construction.
