We have lived in the Rogue Valley for over 40 years. It came time to sell our Family home and someone had recommended Jason to us. When it came time to sell our home I called Jason and asked if he could help us with the sale of our home. At that time I called with the intent to interview a couple of agents. As soon as we met Jason and spent a little time with him going over the details of our home, we immediately liked him and never thought about per suing any further. Everyone goes into this with the belief that their home is worth top dollar no matter what comps say or what area you live in. Would recommend Jason to anyone wanting a realtor that is willing to work for them, and not just wait for the deal to happen. He showed us literally dozens of properties, whether through email, texting, driving to Klamath, locally, etc..., and was in constant contact with us to be sure all our needs were met. Not to mention the needs we had and didn't know we had. We think that If you choose another realtor to work with you, you will miss out on what a realtor is really supposed to be doing for you. Not our first rodeo and we are thoroughly impressed with his incredible follow through. Also, our mortgage broker, who has been in the business for years, was impressed with how fast we were able to close escrow. He said it was quite possibly the fastest escrow close he had ever seen. He was quite impressed with Jason as well.
