Craig was great. He gave me a realistic assessment of what I could expect offer-wise on my house, got it listed quick and we had multiple offers in a matter of days. Craig communicated every step of the way and even steered me to a great attorney to handle the closing. Overall great experience. We hesitated putting Dads house on the market because we thought we were going to have to put money into it to move it but we ended up with offers well above our expectations and Craig made everything really easy.
