Be prepared! Know the market and even more importantly, how your home. Be sure the home is ready for sale with all repairs made. Be sure all repairs are made and the home is clean and organized. If the Buyer is going to come in and give you top dollar, they want the home move in ready. If your not willing to get the home in top condition we can do a repair budget and price the home accordingly.

I have worked with many clients in the Real Estate Industry. I started my career off working the traditional real estate market and soon gained interest in the investment side of the industry. I have worked with whole sellers, finding distressed off market properties to be rehabed or torn down for new construction . I have worked with land developers purchasing large parcels of land for development. But, what I really enjoy is working with everyday people in buying and selling their homes.

I had a client that had two homes to sale to settle an estate. Both of the homes had been vacant for a number of years and were in disarray. We decided to market the homes together to try and get the best price for the Seller. We put the homes on the market and priced them a bit high since we were in a Seller's Market. The home's were still the two cheapest homes the MLS in the area. We received many showings, phone calls and multiple offer's. Many agents and investors wanted to call and complain about our asking price. We set a deadline for highest and best offer and got out listing price for both properties.

I worked many years in the Retail Management with both Kroger & Lowe's. I feel this experience has given me the Customer Service Skills in taking care of the customer. I really wanted to get away from the long hours of retail that included late nights, early mornings, holiday's & weekends. I had a great experience when purchasing my personal home and decided to get my Real estate License.

I have many hours of Real Estate Trying and Continuing Education, but I really believe dealing with Customer's in the retail setting has truly giving me the edge to listening to the customer to ensure I understand their needs.
