About Jason Brown

The Palouse region (Moscow, ID & Pullman, WA) is absolutely beautiful and one of the best places in the country to raise a family. Whether you are relocating to the area or have been here your whole life, I understand the dynamics of our local real estate market and I pledge to work hard to help you with all of your real estate needs. Here's a little bit about me.... My personal interest in real estate investing, led me down a career path as a Realtor. I was first licensed as an agent in 2001 and have since accumulated many wonderful years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2005, through education and experience, I achieved the highest level of licensure, obtaining a broker's license in both Idaho and Washington. From 2005-2012, I owned and operated a successful national real estate franchise. In 2011, I started an affiliation with Wells and Company, a renown property developer in Spokane Washington. for whom I oversee more than 125,000 sq.ft. of mixed use historical buildings in downtown Moscow and downtown Lewiston. I am a member of the National Association of Realtor's, Idaho Association of Realtor's, Whitman County Association of Realtor's and the Latah County Board of Realtor's for which I am currently the Board President. I have been blessed in marriage with my beautiful wife Sally for nearly 16 years now. Together we have four boys at home and a baby girl! I enjoy hunting, fishing, golf and boating. I am actively involved in church and community and I love serving the Lord as a worship leader at the church we attend. Serving Moscow, ID and Pullman, WA since 2005.

My wife and I first met Jason during the housing market downturn and opted to have him manage our home as a rental investment while we waited for sale prices to improve. Jason seamlessly managed the property for a number of years and was ready to sell when we were. As we live in Los Angeles, Jason played a major role in helping to prepare our house for sale. He coordinated a number of repairs, sent us timely updates, and even had his awesome helpers (his wonderful kids) help clean up the yard. With Jason, we settled on a competitive price and the house sold in 4 days at full asking price. Couldn't be happier. Excellent real estate agent and friend.

Our experience in finding and buying a house with Jason was absolutely fantastic. We have only bought one other house in our life, and I do not know exactly what a Realtor's obligations/duties are or what the expectations of the average buyer are aEUR| BUT I would say that Jason went beyond (probably way beyond) his duties aEUR|. Everything was dealt with very efficiently, all the little details were taken care of, whenever something unexpected came up Jason alerted us immediately and we were able to take care of it.I really cannot imagine a better house buying experience!

We just purchased a home with Jason's very generous and highly professional help. He really met out needs in every way! He is very personable, but not pushy; he will offer an opinion, but will respect yours. He is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the real estate buy/sell process. He even introduced us to our mortgage broker who has made the whole process even better. Lastly, Jason never left us anxious for an answer or a reply; sad to say, he 'lives' on his devices in order to meet his clients' needs!
