He was very patient selling my house "as is." I had left the city and was not able to go back for selling it. There were a lot of obstacles. The title had a previously unknown problem which required title insurance, so he and the buyer's agent split the cost from their commissions, instead of adding to my expenses. Before retaining Jason I had tried to use a "we buy houses" company and that caused problems for Jason because the listing from that company, even though it expired, still caused a conflict. He visited the house even before I retained him, to analyze its problems. He gave me reasons for accepting or rejecting each offer, besides just the price. The money from selling it was wired to my bank and was received within a few hours of closing.

Jason was very responsive throughout our home buying process. He was also very knowledgeable on the process, but if there was something he didn't know, he was able to make the correct contacts to get an answer for us. I think Jason sees his work as more than just a transaction. When we experienced a few issues after we closed, we felt comfortable reaching out to Jason for help. Rather than calling his work complete at the closing table, he made telephone calls for us, made recommendations, and even came to our house late at night to help us.
