Quick and easy! Sold my property well above ask within a few days. Matt was very professional and went above and beyond to sell 2 properties for me. Matt also uses a drone to take pictures, which is something unique and helped capture how close to the water the home was.

We decided to sell our home a few months ago. We were going to do it on our own until we got a call from Matt. He asked to set up a meeting to come see our home and talk about options. After meeting with him we wanted to sign with him BUT he told us to take 24 hours to think about it. After the 24 hours we decided to hire him because we didn't know the first thing about real-estate paperwork. While selling our home Matt gave us so much hood advice to getting our home sold and we sold our home! We NEVER "left him a message" he was ALWAYS available to speak to us if we had questions. He was also very respectful of covid recommendations and willing to do what made us comfortable! Matt is a top notch agent and so good at what he does so we hired him again to help us purchase a home ?? we were planning to do an RV and travel south for the winter BUT it wouldn't work with a 10 year old. So now he is our buying agent! It is just as stressful on the buying side BUT when you have a good agent they are always there to answer questions and Matt is always there for us! We can't thank him enough if an agent can deal with me THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS THANK YOU MATT for all you've done!

Jason was great to work with. He is a straight shooter and wants to make sure you find the right home. He is not going to try and convince you to purchase something that you are not loving. With that said he will continue to look for as long as it takes until he has found the home for you. Jason does not have a hidden agenda and wants to make sure that when he sees you at the little league field, he can look you in the eye and know he did right by you. I have nothing bad to say about my experience.
