Jasmine started off great showing me houses via video chat because I live 2 hours away. I signed a few contracts just to get outbid. There was this one house I paid $100 to rent a car to come up and see after she showed me on video. I drive 2 hours to get there in the pouring rain to find every single wall and ceiling had cracks in it. Now if you are my agent dont you think you would TELL ME about the foundation issues ?! Thank God I went on a rainy day because the basement was leaking water in through the corner. Because of Jasmines deceptiveness I wasted a $100 on a rental, the cost of gas, Plus tolls. And she knows I have a toddler that money could have went to. Even tho she is working for you she will still try to hide things from you. Non-transparent. Not happy. Wouldnt recommend.

Jasmine has truly been an amazing person all around. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Answering calls late night to early morning listening to all of your needs and wants. When you come across a realtor like Jasmine she makes the process so easy to navigate through! She is very knowledgeable and a great negotiator. This process has been a very long one but Jasmine has kept me encouraged. Checking in on me often and making sure that my needs were met. When meeting Jasmine you feel an instant connections and that she is in this business to help you. You met as strangers but become family at the end! I can?t thank her enough!
