Jasmine Clark did an amazing job. Let me begin to say that I didn't know what to do first. I've heard so many stories of how hard it was to find a house and how long it may take. Jasmine made my process easy and my experience different from everything I've heard. She explained every step,listened to my needs and was patient with me and all my requests. She answered every call and question I had in detail. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the whole way through. You never know what to expect when choosing a realtor but I know I made the right decision. Jasmine could not have done a better job. Her communication, knowledge of the properties, even the order of viewing the properties was all in line for my traveling convenience. Every visit was managed and planned properly with consideration of time and schedule. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. I can't say enough about how excellent Jasmine is. When we first met, I didn't really know what I was looking for, so I gave her a laundry list of possibilities ranging from unimproved land to commercial buildings (churches, schoolhouses, etc.) to a good old-fashioned fixer-upper. She came back to me a few days later with some properties that fit the bill, and she didn't hesitate to accompany me all over the Lehigh valley to see the ones I was interested in. She's also not afraid to get a little dirty in the pursuit of her client's happiness. In my experience, it's rare to find an agent that really understands what you're looking for, but Jasmine knew EXACTLY what kinds of things to show me. One of the properties even had a massive workshop, separate from the house, which couldn't have been more perfect. Aside from all of that, she actually, genuinely cares about her clients. I had a tragedy happen in the middle of our transaction, and she was SO patient, incredibly thoughtful, and even though I gave her such a hard time, she never stopped fighting for me and what was best for me. When I tell you that she is a pitbull in the best way possible, I mean it with all sincerity. She is someone you'll never regret having on your side. Jasmine was perfect in every way during our time together. She left me alone when I needed that, she pushed me to do things when she needed them done, and she made sure that I knew what the consequences of my choices were during the entire transaction - not when it was too late to do anything about it, but proactively looking down the road to warn me about what the possibilities were so that I could make changes if I chose to do that. There isn't a single thing that I would have changed about our time together. Jasmine is, hands-down, the best realtor I've ever worked with. She's more than that, though. She is now someone whom I call a friend, and I couldn't be more grateful for that. It's not something I ever thought I would get from a real estate transaction, but I am so glad I did! Jasmine is the best! We instantly clicked with her and she was always on time and super helpful when showing us homes. She always had a lot to add about things to look for and consider, often pointing out things we didnt notice ourselves. We were able to secure a home within about a month of looking, securing the first home we put an offer on and for $20k under list price!
