Back in 2007, my then girlfriend and I were in the process of trying to buy our first house together and we were lucky to find Jarrod. During that first process through to this last one, Jarrod has been there for us and was so great to work with. He has a great demeanor for this job...he knows the area and what he is talking about...he worked our negotiations with our thoughts and interests in mind...and he was always there when I had a question for him. My then girlfriend is now my wife, and we are right where we want to be and living in our house where we will raise our 2 kids. We owe so much to Jarrod and the work he has done for us!!

I don't think we could have gone through the home buying process with anyone but Jarrod. As a first time home buyer, he answered all questions we had, walked us through processes step by step in an easy to understand matter, and was there for us whenever we needed him. Jarrod also has tons of local expertise, which we were happy to take advantage of when deciding exactly where to live. Jarrod was quick to help schedule home visits, which is critical in a market where houses do not stay available for very long.
