Jarene Mathias skillfully guided me through process of selling my home. First she told me how to improve curb appeal and make inexpensive indoor improvements. Then she gave me a list of service providers to accomplish what I couldn't do myself. And when there was an issue with workmanship she had the clout to get corrective action quickly.She also convinced me to leave some furniture as staging. It turned out that the comfortable ambiance of a furnished dining room was the go-to spot for potential buyers and their realtors to talk over offers.After the offers started coming in she helped me assess potential buyers' ability to secure a mortgage and eventually recommended the buyer for the house.Finally she helped me navigate from a signed sales contract to a successful closing.
