It was my second time working with Jared McFarland and he again provided an excellent service. I initially reached out to another broker for various reasons but that broker's customer service was not what I'd expect from a RE agent. Jared, on the other, hand was very cordial and responsive. He gave me a good, professional piece of advice and walked me through the deal. It resulted in a quick offer approval, a great discounted price, and a quick close of Escrow. I would definitely recommend Jared to anyone buying (or selling) real estate in North Idaho.

Everything went smoothly with our home purchase--considering that we were relocating from another state and not familiar with Northern Idaho areas. We were able to do some items with the contracts/home inspections remotely and in-person, which made the process very convenient to our schedule and travel. We really appreciated Jared's extensive knowledge of the local areas, neighborhoods, construction/building knowledge, and recreational opportunities in Idaho.
