Jared Kelly

Jared brings a wealth of legal and business experience to the Great Barrington office of William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty. Before joining the agency, Jared practiced residential and commercial real estate law in the Berkshires. Prior to moving to the Berkshires with his wife and family, Jared practiced law at two premier international law firms in Boston and San Francisco where he worked closely with Fortune 500 and international companies.

Each client's unique interests and circumstances are at the forefront of Jared's approach. Real estate is more than just an investment for most clients; it is a vehicle through which individuals and families live their lives. Jared believes that finding the right real estate match for a client, whether buying or selling, requires careful attention to the client's purpose, aesthetic preferences, functional requirements, and financial circumstances. As such, Jared invests a great deal of time upfront with his clients in order to get to know them, learn from them, and customize a game plan that fits their circumstances.

A plan is only a starting point, however. Many transactions will encounter unforeseen events that may require difficult choices. Jared's dedication to his clients, responsiveness, honesty, and attention to detail help him develop creative, nimble, and effective strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients.

Jared enjoys hiking and exploring the Berkshires with his wife and two young sons. When not in the Berkshires, Jared is passionate about international travel and has traveled in over 50 countries, including overland across Asia, throughout Europe, many parts of Africa, and most of Latin America.
