I worked with Jared recently to purchase my home in Fort Collins, and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. I bought a Zillow owned home, which had a bit of a different contract than a normal home buying process. He was very helpful in helping me understand the difference. Not only was he able to negotiate the price but he also was able to get money back at closing for multiple repairs, which at the beginning of 2022 during a sellers market was unheard of. Jared is also very knowledgeable about the Fort Collins and surrounding areas, and showed me houses while I was out of state. Additionally, he did a lot of personal research on the house since Zillow did not have the history from the previous owners, which included calling the city to obtain permits. He was also very truthful when it came to houses that didnt make sense or were potentially costly to repair. I would recommend Jared to anyone buying a house in the Fort Collins, Loveland and surrounding areas!! Thank you Jared!!
