Jackie, was a perfect professional. I told her in the beginning I had no sense of smell, and she would tell me what the house smelled like. There were a few houses that had mold in them, and she told me about it and we left. She helped me to understand more about real estate, and we had good discussions. Jackie is the best. She made this scary, insane, first time home-buying process so much more bearable. We had tried working with other agents before connecting with her, and none of them could help us buy a home; they all encountered an issue they could not work through, simply gave up and said we would not be able to continue the process. Jackie helped us get our first home, she always worked through any issue that came up--whether it was gathering the proper documentation that was inaccessible at times, or just working with our schedule to look at homes. Jackie would seemingly drop everything if you had a house you were interested in seeing. She would always keep you up to date. And when you would ask for a price when negotiating she would somehow get it done with a snap of a finger. I guess you just has a way with her words, her negotiating skills were on point. Never had a problem getting in touch with her, she single-handedly made this usually tedious, dragging house buying experience an experience that I was beginning to truly enjoy. I loved her!!!.. no question.
