A recent transaction of mine was with a client who bought a condo with the intention to fix it up. The process went very smoothly. We toured the place once, wrote up the offer, and ours got accepted. Sellers was happy with the price and we were happy with the property.
I got started in real estate because I knew that I would want to buy a house or property in the future. So why not learn the ins-and-outs of the niche by becoming an agent. Real estate has been eye opening because all this information is important and I'm glad I got started.
