He was very patient with my partner and I, helping us figure out what was important to us and never pressured us while we took our time. As he got to know us better, he even recommended a neighborhood we previously werent considering because he thought we would like itaEUR|.and he was right. He found a house we fell in love with immediately in a neighborhood we fell in love with immediately. During the negotiations, we almost came to a stand-still, but he was able to find a solution and even influenced the sellers agent approach to their client. Jansen was great to work with and continuously went above and beyond. He showed us we were more than just clients with little acts of service I feel not all realtors do, nor would you get with all realtors - for example after we had already moved and the house was under contract a package was accidentally delivered to the house we listed and he picked it up and got it to us in our new state. Was great to work with, very knowledgeable and able to keep his clients informed every step of the way!
