Jannese and DAngelo were very quick to contact us once we were referred to them by a friend, also a Keller Williams Agent. She listened to what we were looking for, pulled comps, and sent them to us. We provided her with houses we were interested in. I flew down to FL the following week and DAngelo set up all the showings and made sure he had info packets on each listing. He was patient with me when I was showing the houses to my spouse via FaceTime. He also spent extra time with me once the showings were completed to discuss our top picks, and advise us on our offer. The offer was submitted quickly and we had a property under contract the next day. Jannese continued to communicate with us frequently throughout the process answering every question she could. She also handled a lot of follow up for us since we were out of state. Jannese and DAngelo helped to smooth out a very difficult closing process. The sellers were foreign nationals from Cypress and they were not in the country. This added a layer of difficulty that required expertise to get this deal done and on time. It was handled efficiently and my spouse and I are so happy to be in our new home in Florida.
